Duchy Estates is different, we will hold your hand until you ask us to let go.Our after sales service really begins just before completion. Duchy Estates will save you wearing out your passport by providing photographic and written updates about your purchase, particularly if off-plan, by email. In the build-up to D-Day we will advise a pre-completion visit, collect you from the airport and arrange reduced rate accommodation if you wish, then meet with mortgage advisers and give your lawyers power of attorney if required.
Once the title deeds bear your name the real work starts but when you are in unfamiliar territory, outside of your comfort zone, seemingly simple tasks such as connecting to utilities, reporting snags to the developer and finding suitable furnishings, can become troublesome. Duchy Estates is all too aware of this, all of us have been through it ourselves, and this is where our experience and support will be invaluable.
Duchy Estates can overcome language barriers using our bilingual staff to convey concerns or queries to the developer. We can negotiate favourable pricing for furniture packs, satellite television connection, contents insurance and so on as we provide regular, volume business for our suppliers. For those that wish to make a permanent move, Duchy Estates can take things a step further and assist in finding schooling for the children, guide you through the bureaucracy of applying for residence and recommend private healthcare schemes. From the simplest translation of a letter to the most complicated home cinema installation, our after sales team is at your service.
