Cerrado del Aguila
The conceptual genius behind the famed residential project of Puerto Cabopino is now creating Cerrado del Aguila, a one million square metre resort combining a luxury suite hotel and 18-hole golf course with over a thousand residential properties. Cerrado del Aguila is in a privileged location at the heart of Mijas Golf Valley with an additional six golf courses within five minutes of the resort to tackle. The famous Hipodromo Costa del Sol racecourse, fun-packed AquaPark, sweeping sandy beaches and tasty seafood restaurants of Mijas are also within easy reach. Málaga International Airport served by both no-frills and no-corners-cut airlines can be accessed by motorway in 15 minutes.
First to be released is Los Iris, a community of 132 Mediterranean styled apartments ranging from two to three bedrooms and arranged over three storeys. Residents have ample exterior parking, large communal gardens and a refreshing swimming pool. Prices start from 318,000 euros for a two bedroom two bathroom ground floor property in Los Iris.
