  • SIPPs - The Kasamia concept has been SIPPs approved and therefore is an ideal investment for anyone looking for pension investment. If purchased as a SIPPs investment you will not be allowed any usage under the rules of SIPs.
  • Usage - Kasamia has set up several different usage packages ranging form 0-8 week allowances. Kasamia will operate a point system that is reflected by owner usage therefore, the less you use your unit the higher return you will receive. Units bought through SIPs will allow no usage.
  • ROI - Kasamia predicts a modest 6.5% return on investment based on a cautious 58% first year occupancy. Under the Kasamia management you will receive a profit share based on a points system. This will take into account usage and square meters owned.
