Le Jardin De FleurLe Jardin de Fleur is set within Mediterrania Saïdia, one of King Mohammed's six Plan Azur coastal resorts designed to trigger extensive growth of the tourist sector in Morocco. The King aims for 10 million tourists per year by 2010 and between eight and nine billion euros worth of investment is going into new hotel, leisure and catering facilities to help him towards his target. The seven million square metre resort of Mediterrania Saïdia is the only Plan Azur resort on the Europe-facing Mediterranean. Occupying 6 km of coastline, the resort boasts 11 luxury hotels including a five star Barceló with 1,000 rooms, three 18-hole golf courses the first of which will open late 2007 and an 840-berth marina. Also on-site will be several shopping experiences including an undercover modern mall home to brands such as Chanel, Zara and hypermarket Carrefour and a more traditional outdoor Moroccan Medina. As well as the golf, sporting facilities will include an Olympic size pool, cricket grounds, polo fields, equestrian centre, full sized football pitches and an aqua park. Le Jardin de Fleur is a collection of 11 different projects within the project ranging from apartments through to townhouses and grandiose villas, all delivered fully furnished and built in a mixture of Moroccan, Andalucian and Roman styles. Each individual resort will have its own clubhouse with different facilities from an indoor pool to a café and owners will be granted access to each of the 11 clubhouses to enjoy a range of activities. Each Le Jardin de Fleur resort will also have on-site rental management and profits will be split generously in favour of the owner. |
